At our groups, we will talk about making friends, living independently, deciding on where to work or if you do want to work, handling emergencies, talking about disabilities. We spend a lot of time laughing.
Our group is facilitated by 2 teacher-moms, one a parent of a y.oung adult with disabilities. If you’d like to talk to one of those moms, you can call Lydia at the phone number listed above or email info@edentransition.org.
