Hello–say hello to new friends at a social group. What’s a social group? It’s group of young women getting together with facilitator adults from Eden Transition Alliance, a Lansing-area non-profit organization once a week through the month of October 2026. Are you interested? Do you know someone else who might want to join us? We are looking for young women of high school age or older. Some of our participants have disabilities or just find it hard to make new friends in the rough and tumble of school hallways. Please contact Lydia Schuck lydia@edentransition.org
Parents and teachers: send your email address or phone number and you will receive location details by email or text. Parents will be able to stay if they wish, sitting at a nearby table in the cafe where we will gather. There’s no cost, but participants might want to bring $5-$10 for food purchase.
